Northern Panhandle Continuum of Care

Our goal is to empower indivuals and families expierencing homelessness in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia by providing comphrehensive support services and advocating for sustainable solutions. Through collaboration with local stakeholders and adherence to HUD regulations, we strive to promote community-wide committment to ending homelessness, facilitate access to housing resources, and foster self-sufficiency among those in need.
